Valentines for my students: CHECK!
I am giving them glow sticks that say "You make my heart glow!"
Tomorrow, at the end of the day, I am sending my students home with a note that says:

Cute huh? And just in case you want to know what Love Pox looks like,
my niece (who is also one of my first graders) is modeling it for you:
I am going to send my students home with Love Pox.
When they get home, they have to spread the disease by giving a hug.
When they give a hug, they have to give one of their stickers away to that person.

ReplyDeletedid you just tape the hearts to the glow sticks? i bought ribbon to tie them, but it seems like more trouble than it's worth. they won't know/appreciate the difference anyways, lol.
